Scott Sarian has 12+ years experience in
Financial Services industry, including his current
role as Director of Financial Planning and
Analysis with Harvard Law School. At Harvard
Kennedy School, Scott worked with the
school's research centers to ensure proper
budgeting for all types of funding, including
grants and funds, and coordinated long-term
budgets (5-10 years) for strategic planning
purposes. In hisy time with Capital One, Scott
was responsible for total cost management for
a $40MM business line for a major corporation.
Previous roles have included time as a Client
Relationship Manager and Fund Accountant.
4+ years experience as a Project Manager,
managing teams up to 25 people in size and
projects up to 1 year in scope.
TIm is a finance executive in the technology industry.
Sr. Director for a $400M software company and
Chief Financial Officer for a nonprofit health
technology start-up. Master's degree in
Mathematics. Expert in P&L management, financial
modeling, and operational excellence. Tim's main
role is Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis
for Dynatrace. Tim is responsible for FP&A, deal
desk, commissions, software pricing, and real
estate, however, he also works as a CFO for a non
profit orgaznization, The Many Brains Project.
Jennifer Templeman, COO/CFO at Jumpstart for
Young Children, joined the organization in 2010
bringing 20 years of financial management
experience to oversee finance, compliance, risk
management, systems, technology, regional
operations and talent management. In this role,
she focuses on strategy design and
implementation, building strong policies and
procedures with an emphasis on efficiency,
support and quality.Prior to Jumpstart, Jennifer
worked at agencies in Massachusetts, Georgia,
and Ohio. She grew up in North Carolina and
received her degree in accounting from Capital
University in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to her
role at Jumpstart, Jennifer spends time working
with young accountants to encourage their
consideration of a career in the non-profit sector.
