Provided leadership, training, and support as Heavy Section-Section Head, Platoon Sergeant, Motor Transport
Dispatch Chief, and Motor Transport Operations Chief. Provided numerous services and support functions as a
Motor Transport Operator, Semi-Refueler, and LVS Operator (Logistics Vehicle System).
• Maintained the welfare, morale, and discipline of 52 subordinate Marines as well as determined training courses for
Marines in my command based on Individual Training Standards of the different Military Occupational Specialties of
each Marine.
• Managed logistics of 42 tactical vehicles, to include operations and completion of preventive maintenance checks
and services.
• Oversaw and monitored progress of vehicle maintenance objectives to ensure operational readiness; coordinated
and developed Motor Transport operational training plans and assigned qualified personnel to complete training
plans.
• Conducted and evaluated numerous training and courses as a Range Safety Officer.
• Conducted training for the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program as a MCMAP Instructor based on guidelines set by the
