2. Signs You Need Talu
• You and/or your staff are stretched too thin
You don’t have enough time (or personnel) to manage your
FF&E project(s) and procurement efforts.
• You risk project overruns
Your move-in date is in jeopardy and extended leases are
expensive!
• You face contracting challenges
1. Competition doesn’t always guarantee the required
products.
2. The estimated full and open competitive procurement
timeframe will delay occupancy.
Help is on the way!

6. Benefits of Working with Talu through Direct Award
• Flexibility: The Government is not bound by any fixed product or service lists, meaning any requirement
within the broad scope of FF&E can be included.
• Speed: The Direct Award Method provides the Government a vehicle to significantly reduce the procurement
time cycle. A Direct Award contract can normally be awarded within 10-60 days, compared to the 9-12 months
required by a competitive procurement.
• Effort: The SOW is a collaborative effort, both from technical approach and a costing perspective, allowing
the procurement workload to be reduced by customer because it’s shared with the contractor.
• Risk: A direct award is non-protestable if made to an ANC, providing legal expediency. A single point of
contact for all requirements ensures consistency throughout one or multiple implementation requirements.
The advantage of our proven history of delivering projects on schedule.
• Breadth of Service: An ANC 8(a) is authorized to subcontract portions of the work to subcontractors in order
to tailor the team to match your exact requirements. Products from any manufacturer are available. Open
Market Innovative Solutions can be purchased with ease as well as standard GSA Schedule items.
• Budget: There is no limit to the size of the contract that can be sole-sourced. Cost savings by eliminating
redundancy as a result of using one vendor for all needs.
• Contracting: Contributes to small business subcontracting goals – 8a, Small, ANC
• Committed: Unwavering commitment to our management methodology for successful delivery on complex,
multiple task order contracts.
