1. Finding this was the best thing for my poster for my final,
to be able to use it as a way to influence people with to
show that it's not impossible for people to lose weight.
However, this was hard to find as pictures like these I
would normally delete and I'm happy I've kept it to use it
for the poster but as a reminder for myself for how long
I've come mentally and physically as a person
Using this to me is the best way to show its possible for
you to do anything as long as you set your mind to it, a
huge inspiration for me to lose weight was a Man called
David Goggins and he's what made want to use an
inspiration quote for my poster instead of just a visual
representation of improvement.
There was some struggles taking this as I was on a break
and had to use lighting to make the abs show more as
they are not fully visible in normal eyesight

2. To make the poster more interesting Iv intended
on adding another image of how far I've come
as I'm proud of it as well as since then I've put
on more size and want to show to the audience
I'm aiming it to that with consistency you too
are able to achieve things that you want but just
take time and sometimes a long time
