3. What do you mean by meta charset UTF 8?
That meta tag basically specifies what character set is your website
written with. Here is a definition of UTF-8: UTF-8 (U from
Universal Character Set + Transformation Format—8-bit) is a
character encoding capable of encoding all possible characters
(called code points) in Unicode.
A Unicode-based encoding such as UTF-8 can support many
languages and can accommodate pages and forms in any mixture
of those languages. Its use also eliminates the need for server-side
logic to individually determine the character encoding for each
page served or each incoming form submission.
