Controlling diabetes by Karela(bitter gourd)

1.5 large Karela
(Bitter Gourd),
cut it into small
pieces as shown
in the picture.

Take a Tea pan,
place all pieces
of karela (Bitter
Gourd), pour 2
glasses of water.

(ivaXaoYa kovala ek baar ]baala doM)
Place it on
Induction Cook
top and boil it
once. Do not
give full boil
continuously.

5. FULL BOIL THE CONTENT ONCE ONLY.

boiling at
350 w and
keep it for
25-30
minutes
approx.

Keep it on light boil .
When the water
reduces to 1 cup, let
it cool.

Squeeze the matter
by hand and collect
the water. Segregate
the residues.

The water subsequently has to be
filtered to drink. The water acts as
insulin. Make sure to drink it once
every day.

DO NOT BOIL ENTIRE CONCOCTION AT HIGH TEMPERATURE
DO NOT COVER THE PAN FOR FASTER BOILING
NEVER USE GRIDER / MIXER TO GRIND THE MATTER
NEVER USE A PRESSURE COOKER TO COOK KARELA
IMPORTANT :
Keep this process unbroken daily for minimum 2 months
Keep recording the sugar level every other day for safety
When sugar drops consistently reduce the medicine with consultation of Doctor in phase
manner
Always keep biscuits handy in case of low sugar levels to be safe.
Even after getting sugar in control the process has to be followed daily. Medicines will be
discontinued and overall health will improve.
