Premier Utility Services employed Sasha Stojanov full-time as a Project Manager. For more
than a year he managed the business development projects that fell under my jurisdiction. His
recent layoff was the direct result of Premier Utility Services having to downsize due to a
downturn in the economy.
Sasha is an intelligent and motivated individual. He is more than capable of managing a large
group of people. As project manager, Sasha recruited and managed 20 employees in the state of
Delaware and Maryland. This group consisted of 3 field supervisors and 1 district supervisor
with 16 field technicians. With the help of this team, Sasha made process improvements that are
now implemented company wide, specifically the recruiting process and production and
efficiency improvements. His methods produced a high-quality team that continues to set the
bar for the rest of the company.
As part of his former responsibilities, Sasha interacted with multiple high value clients on a
daily basis and their feedback was always positive, they would often tell me that Sasha was a
great leader and a passionate and credible representative for the company. I believe that
delivering a quality job done safely and on time is paramount for our company, and Sasha's
consistent contributions to that end are an excellent case in point.
