3. Teacher-Led Example 1 In order to provide my Technology students with an example of the proper format for a movie script, I showed them the first page of the script for the Hollywood movie, Mean Girls . They thought that this was, “tight,” and it helped them to format their own scripts.
4. Student Example 1 This student did an extraordinary job of following the industry format for movie scripts. This is a sample of her work.
5. Student Example 2 This student was also able to grasp the intricacies of script-writing. He was particularly excited about our Mean Girls example that we had earlier that week.
6. Teacher-Led Example 2 Instead of having to make several copies of these guidelines for the Computer class, like I did in previous quarters, I was able to display this sheet, using the ELMO, to show students the various Francophone countries that they could use in their final reports. The zoom feature was particularly helpful here, as I was able to show them the full list at once.
