The area next to the handicapped space
(in yellow) is for unloading. Those with
disabilities may need this space open so that they
have room for wheelchairs or other equipment.
If you are parking a Spindletop Center
van with a handicap tag, DO NOT use the
handicapped spot UNLESS you are currently
transporting a disabled individual.
Please exercise mindfulness and courtesy when
parking. Be careful not to park in a handicapped
space unless you have a handicapped tag. Our
disabled clients and staff need these spaces!
Be there for your coworkers. If you see someone
parking where they shouldn’t be, help them out and
remind them of the rules. We all slip up sometimes!
