Hartford’s Maple Avenue Mews integrated
a new 60-unit condominium project within
a nineteenth-century brick and
brownstone inner city neighborhood.
With the explosive growth and
needs of the over-55 population,con-
struction professionals experienced
in building congregate as well as mar-
ket-rate and low-income housing are
increasingly in demand. Associated
has constructed some of the premier
active adult communities and con-
gregate housing projects in Connecti-

technical and complicated niche mar-

Today,with more than forty indus-
