Ans:- • A computer virus is a program which is
designed to perform undesired and malicious
actions by replicating and attaching itself to
other programs.
• For example Boot sector virus, program
virus, stealth virus, multipartite virus, macro
virus.
• It can enter the system when the system is
booted with an infected pen drive. Some virus
are infected through pen drives, disk.
• It can be preventive measures by avoiding
virus infection by avoid booting the computer
with pen drive.
•Do not exchange your disks or pen drive with
others. Do not use pirated software.

options.
Ans:- Anti-virus software is an
application program which is
designed to detect and remove
viruses, worms and Trojan horses
from the computer system.
