Coordinated, managed and facilitated the development of the Mary Mitchell
Organization mission statement. Facilitated monthly organization meetings aimed at
developing the mission statement. The process included developing stakeholder
working groups; using empirically tested business models to identify and document
current core organizational processes as well as future short and long term goals.

Observed nurse home visits, team and supervision meetings; developed study proposal
to investigate the relationship between nurse/client therapeutic- alliance, cultural
competence and client outcomes.

Assisted staff in all aspects of caring for children with severe behavioral
problems secondary to child maltreatment, including implementing the positive
incentive program, teaching classroom lessons, participating in community meetings

Extensive experience in variety or audit roles proceeding from staff auditor to audit
manager in both the Banking, and Government sectors. Conducted operational,
financial, and systems audits; spearheaded the planning and implementation of
operational audits for multiple banking operations in three states (NY/NJ,/PA); provided
direction to audit teams to transform Department audit ratings. Implemented operation
procedures and controls, which improved the efficiency, and performance of
departmental functions. Designed computer databases for implementation of
companywide insurance systems.
