Job Description:
 Competent in bioanalytical method development, method validation
and routine sample analysis by using LC-MS/MS (AB SCIEX API-
200,3000, 4000,5500) and performing as per Regulatory
requirements (US FDA/ EU/ ANVISA etc).
 Routine maintenance & Calibration of LC-MS/MS and other
instruments.
 Prepare and/or review bioanalytical data, bioanalytical reports,
validation reports, standard operating procedures, laboratory
notebooks and supplemental study information.

2.  Good knowledge of GLP and all regulatory guidelines. Generate
proper method documentation, logbooks entries, forms etc.
 Excellent communication skills & co-ordination among all the team
members, having good interpersonal and management skills.
 Generates and revises SOPs, change controls and deviation
investigations as needed.
 Working with Bioanalysis Managers and Project Management,
prioritize work to meet expectations.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-
motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
 learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep
accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company
policies Assist colleagues during problems.
 Have confidence and technical knowledge to mentor laboratory
staff. Establishes him/herself as a resource on technical matters.
 Ensure the availability of adequate laboratory materials and qualify
new reagents, as needed.Justify the purchase of new materials and
equipment.
 Coordinate with the instrumental engineers for the routine
maintains and repairing of instruments.
 Accountable for the whole group productivity in terms of number of
samples, analysis, quality, quantity, timelines better Turn Around
Time (TAT) improvement.
 Good knowledge of Bio-analytical Chemistry , troubleshooting
techniques and the latest applications of mass spectrometry in the
area of Bioanalytical Research.
 Calibration and maintenance of micropipettes, pH meters ,
Evaporator & deep freezer.
