3. Coordinate all chemical testing of raw materials,
components, water, large and small volume

Supervisor ensuring accurate and timeous results.

relating to reports on stability testing and

4. Ensure that the Stability Unit (Chambers and
testing) is operated within the scope of GLP and
cGMP practices as well as in accordance with OSH
Act and MCC regulations. The scope of compliance
for the testing and storage facility includes FDA,
WHO, MCC regulations and adherence to ICH
guidelines
5. Setup and implement SOP’s and processes for the
Stability department
6. Controls and procedures for both storage and
testing units are current and compliant
7. To coordinate test schedules with lab capacity and
ensure stability testing and reports are completed
to plan.
8. Evaluate, discuss and /or problems solve stability
lab reports, out- of- specification investigations
and out-of trend analysis using laboratory best
practices
9. Report on trial test status, out- of-
specification investigations and out-of trend
analysis.
10. Final approval of reviewed, evaluated and
trended data
11. Liaise with the Quality Assurance site managers
on the changes affecting product related to
stability of the product via Stability Forum Site
meetings.
12. Schedule testing and storage in terms of
project timelines and trial status.
13. Implement best operating practices and
continuous improvement.
Experience: Twenty three years’ experience in Pharmaceutical
laboratory. Highly experienced in chemical analysis
and instrumentation including HPLC and AA.
Experience in staff supervision and managing a
laboratory. Experience in Analytical Method
Development, Specifications, Stability and
Validation. Knowledge of ISO 9002 and International
quality systems.
