• Record of In Process Control of Liquid & Powder Flavors, Sample Retention,
And Sample Seasoning.
• Daily in Process Inspection of during Cleaning of Machine before batch
manufacturing for every Product.
• Two times inspection for Cleaning Check in Production Area.
• Testing of Samples from R & D & Production Flavors & Coat dry’s.
• Daily Maintain Temperature & Humidity Record.
• Preparation of S.O.P prevalent Documentation for record For the Improvement
Product Quality.
• Preparation of C A’s , MSDS of Testing Method.
• Sensory of Flavors’.
• Random Checks of spasticity of Retain Samples.
• Monitoring of practical implementation of S.O.P’s in Production.
• Maintain trouble shooting of instrument during work.
• Random testing of Raw Material in retention for the accumulation of data for
expiration date establishment.
