• Milko-Scan Calibration
• Assisted Dan in gathering 20 samples each of Whey Cream and Concentrated Whey
• Ran all 40 samples on both the QA Lab and Milk Receiving Lab Milko-Scans
• Fat, Protein, Lactose, TS for Conc. Whey
• Fat, Protein, SNF for Whey Cream
• Tanker milk, concentrated whey and whey cream channels were reading high
especially for fat and protein
• Both machines were recalibrated and are within correct specifications
• Learned how to operate the Milko-Scan and how it is re-calibrated
• Shelf-life of Ingredients
• Discovered shelf-life for CaCl2, HCl, Rennet, Starters, Salt
