Samuel Lobby has dual master's degrees in Urban Planning and Geography/Atmospheric Science from the University of Kansas. He currently works as an Oregon Fellow for the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, where he works on issues related to water quality, stream restoration, and salmon habitat improvement. Previously he was a graduate teaching assistant and wildland firefighter for the US Forest Service.
