2. PayPal revamps brand and launches first global campaign
E-commerce payment firm PayPal has undergone a brand revamp for the first time since 2007.
The eBay-owned firm’s logo has been tweaked and the company is to launch its first global brand
campaign. Australia is the first market in Asia Pacific in which it will run.
The revamp and campaign aims to portray PayPal’s ”simplicity, convenience and security, redesigned
for today’s dynamic, mobile-first world,” according to a press release.
Fuseproject was behind the brand overhaul, while Havas Worldwide created the global campaign,
which will run on TV, in print, digital, outdoor, experiential, in-store and social media.
