 Supply Chain Dept.
 Project Engineering Dept. (Industrial & Civil), each dept.’s head reports to
Engineering Manager.
In the above capacity :
 Three Production Managers, Supply Chain Mgr. and Engineering Manager are
directly reporting to me.
 I am reporting to the Board of Directors and assuming duties & responsibilities of
Operations Director during his leave.

 Develop & share strategic plans, AOP & Budget.
