Served as the single point of contact for all activities with the Boeing Corporation for this
$10M contract. Managed the first article acceptance and initial production of new air
conditioning ducts for the CH-47 helicopter. Also project manager for the structural
modifications to a Bombardier CRJ 900 nose section FLIR Camera Supplemental Type
Certificate.

Estimated costs for aircraft detail parts, sub- assemblies and structures. Developed bills
of material, labor, tooling requirements, chemical processes, heat treatment and other
cost elements to meet customer’s request for proposals.

Prepared cost estimates for jet engine shafts, control rods, thrust links and other tubular
aircraft components. Secured sources for aluminum and stainless steel tubing,
