Controllers to put in place and execute action plans for success. Reduced debt from £12m to £1.5m

Responsibilities
• Ensured the successful implementation of the Aegis Best Practice processes and procedures with the Credit
Control and Agency business partners
• Set and communicated team monthly delivery targets, reviewing progress and devising action plans to
ensure targets are met
• Provided cover and support for Billings, Collections and the Group Credit Manager where necessary
