electromagnetic radiation, either

sensor, or chemically by means of a
light-sensitive material such as
photographic film.There are many
different types and styles of
photography. Some people prefer
to label things, put them into boxes
and tell you that you have to fit
within their preconceived ideas.

13. EDITORIAL
Editing is not compulsory but a photographer knows
that his job isn’t done once he presses the shutter
button. Knowing how the image will be used and how it
will be reproduced are important for him to be able to
turn that image into something that still has the
intended beauty he was striving for.
Usually, Photographers have been editing their images
since photography first came into existence. While they
always try and get the best shot straight out of the
camera, there is nothing wrong with using some editing
to enhance the images. Most experienced
photographers do their critical shooting in raw mode.
Raw images facilitate them to improve their images
through image editing and retouching. Post-processing
brings the images to a quality, which the photographer
planned for.
A photographer knows that the camera is only an
intermediate tool. Before there was Photoshop and RAW
format, there were different kinds of film, each with their
own properties and color ranges. There were different
formats, each best suited to different tasks.
Do not be greedy especially while editing colors.

of events.
What is Click A Pic?
Click A Pic is an event conducted by
Machiraju`s Creative Works.It is mainly
meant to respect,support,encourage and
enrich photography in budding
photographers.Photography is art of
visualizing thoughts & things.Without
Photography we cannot experience all the
things through out world in our life time.
Click A Pic is an event which is part of our
website.Click A Pic is event where every
one can post the pictures taken by them
without any hesitation.Click A Pic is
mainly meant for pictures that are taken
by individuals ,help others see and feel the
experience they felt.The more the picture
is creative more it gets ranked and shared
in social networking world.

Safety is the condition of a “steady state”
of an organisation or place doing what it is
supposed to do. “What it is supposed to
do” is defined in terms of public codes and
standards, associated architectural and
engineering designs, corporate vision and
mission statements, and operational plans
and personnel policies. For any
organisation, place, or function, large or
small, safety is a normative concept. It
complies with situation-specific
definitions of what is expected and
acceptable.
Using this definition, protection from a
home’s external threats and protection
from its internal structural and equipment
failures (see Meanings, above) are not two
types of safety but rather two aspects of a
home’s steady state. Security is the
process or means, physical or human, of
delaying, preventing, and otherwise
protecting against external or internal,
defects, dangers, loss, criminals, and other
individuals or actions that threaten, hinder
or destroy an organisations “steady state,”
and deprive it of its intended purpose for
being. Using this generic definition of
safety it is possible to specify the elements
of a security program.

20. PERSPECTIVE
SEE THE WORLD FROM A DIFFERENT
Sometimes when things just don’t seem
to be going right, it can be worth trying to
see the world differently. Some of life’s
toughest moments can be the ones with
the greatest potential for learning. I know
in my own experience this has always
been true, and the first key is to get out
of the negative mindset and look at
things with the fresh eyes of an impartial
observer. I mentioned in a previous blog
that we have some 60,000 thoughts a
day, and by some estimates over 90% of
them are negative in some way. Imagine
the profound impact if we changed our
perspective and made 90% of those
thoughts positive! The practice of
observing our thoughts and not falling
into the same old patterns is not easy,
and is in my opinion some serious
spiritual sadhana in and of itself. Even
setting small goals – say for example, for
the next 3 hours, I will watch my
thoughts as an impartial observer and
choose to see the joy and happiness in
everything – can bring about a profound
shift.
