GeneralStatement:
My objective is to obtain casual or permanent part-time employment. I am available for work on weekdays,
weekends and public holidays. I will be available for shifts on any day and time, as I have just graduated from
Beaudesert State High School on November 19th, 2015.
My senior years have been based in the Performing Arts and I have been granted a placement at USQ to study a
Bachelor in Creative Arts; majoring in Art and English.
I thoroughly enjoy working with the public and love to help people to the best of my abilities. I have always been
an adamant user of libraries and I am confident I can learn their systems quickly. I am aware that staff may be
taking time off for the school holidays and vacation period of the year and I am more than happy to fill in while
they are absent.

Relay For Life October 2013
I volunteered and worked on the food stall where my duties included; -

Administration Assistant April 2015
I provided basic administration assistancein a busy office that provides staff for aged clients at home. My
duties included; photo copying, filing, collating resources, laminating, data input, making tea and coffee.
Team member at Olley’s Orange June – Aug 2014
I was a team member attending the register at a busy local fruit and vegetable market called Olley’s Orange. I
was mainly in customer service with some stock replenishing duties and cleaning at the end of shifts. I was
very confident serving people and taking orders, handling cash and following instructions from senior staff.
Caddies Community Centre - Flood Appeal February 2012
I worked as a volunteer with the youth network to wash cars and raise money for the Grantham Flood
Appeal.

I am currently carrying out a Traineeship with Logan City Council Libraries, and have been based at
Jimboomba Library for the past 6 months.
Education
Jimboomba State School 2003 - 2010
I enjoyed seven years of education at Jimboomba State School where I was a representative at district, regional
and state level field events.
Beaudesert State High School 2011 - 2015
I recently graduated from Year 12 with an O.P. 10 and exceled in subjects English, Math’s, Science, and
Performing Arts. This year I have pursued my love of English and the Arts and decided to study a Cert III in
Information and Cultural Services. I complete my studies, both theory and practical, at Jimboomba Library 5
Days a week.
Skills
I am friendly and outgoing, fit and healthy and I enjoy meeting new people and consider myself to be a fast
learner. I love to learn new skills, am a very hard worker and I am reliable. I am confident in attending to
customers, proficient in cash handling and understand the importance in food safety. I am enthusiastic, polite and
have a sound work ethic.
I believe I would be an asset as a library assistant.
