3. GYNECOLOGIST *A Physician who specializes in the treatment of women is called a GYNECOLOGIST. A Gynecologist has as specialty in the medical area of gynecology. The extensive study of the female reproductive system involving the diagnosis and treatment of female conditions.

4. UTERUS *The inner lining of the uterus is called the ENDOMETRIUM. The Endometrium contains a rich blood supply that reacts to monthly hormonal changes. The Endometrium sheds in the form of menstruation. Remains intact during pregnancy to protect and nourish a fetus.
