The internet is no longer making you happy. It takes time to realise and it’s hard to admit without sounding like a hypocrit.
A uplifting story with a depressing end.
You can’t pretend to be human
Being human at scale is not a thing.
Basically the internet is full of shouting.
And no one likes shouting.
Asknicely story.
You make decisions under duress. Some of them work out. So you post rationalise those as if you were smart.
Nothing that we did would work any more.
We are entering a new era of tech. UX on ML. Proper integrations. Microtransactions.
You built an MVP and you sold the fuck out of it.
Kai. List purchase.
So to summarise. Everyone is sick of the intenet. Human works but you can’t be human at scale. The worlds so loud that you can’t be heard (and no one likes shouting). Capital is back, so you can’t afford it anyway. And Sales and marketing always runs into scaling issues.
OMG it’s hopeless.
I don’t know the answer. If I had the answer I wouldn’t be telling you.
But I suspect it is this.
What we do at Joyous.
You are reliant on your customers passing around your message. THEYRE THE HUMANS. That message has to be simple.
