D.I.V.A., is a women support and network organization that has the potential to highlight the spirituality, morals, esteem, virtue and emotional attributes that should enhance the womanhood of those women who are challenged by extenuating to common factors such as; motherhood, adulthood, martial dilemmas etc. We are dedicated to enhancing one\'s character, and encouraging spiritual, emotional, and mental growth.

1. Every woman has a journal of victories that are easily forgotten, and an arsenal of defeats
that are reiterated at best when we recall a failed love affair, disobedient children, or just
having one of those bad hair days. Women are complicated, and the ways of a woman are
unknown to man. The unique network within every woman has caused the weakest of
men to become the strongest of leaders. The scriptures declare a soft answer forsakes
wrath, hence the softness of a woman’s voice can cause some men to adhere to the
strongest of demands. A woman scorned can be as deadly as a scorpion, and as lonely as
a prickly porcupine.
I hope to introduce a vision that has remained dormant in my heart for some years. The
vision is a network of women from every walk of life that can offer healthy,
compassionate advice to another woman outside of their circle of friends, or family.
Every woman has a victory to share. Every woman is an expert in some area or areas that
could very well advance another woman. No man is an island, but every woman has the
ingenuity to beautify and preserve an island. This evening is just a trial-run, and we hope
that this conglomeration of beauty and brains will lead to something bigger and serve as
enrichment to our lives. The concept of D.I.V.A. (Divine, Inspirational, Virtuous, and
Anointed) has become an intricate part of my personal life, and hope to share this with
you in the very near future.
Tonight’s coming together will allow us as women the opportunity to search within
ourselves for that one experience during our short lived lives that can enhance the journey
of a woman we may or may not know.
I’ve taken the liberty to introduce (5) topics that may stir up interest or that one might
contemplate.
