  3. 3. Bull Durham is a 1988 American comedy sports film. It is partly based upon the minor league experiences of writer/director Ron Shelton and depicts the players and fans of the Durham Bulls, a minor league baseball team in Durham, North Carolina.
  4. 4. In the movie Bull Durham Kevin Costner’s character is asked what he believes in.
  5. 5. His answer provides us with a poetic format. By following the formula, tell what you believe in.
  6. 6. Part 1 • I believe in the ……. (a phrase that represents something that is really important to you) • the ……. (phrase) • the ……. (phrase) • the ……. (phrase) • …….(noun) • …….(noun) • …….(noun) (three ideas that you value )
