2. Academic Project:
[1] Grain Analyzer Based On NIRS(Near Infra-Red Spectroscopy) M.Tech Thesis
project
About the Project: The objective of the thesis is to develop an Electronic circuit in Proteus for the
analysis of grains using the Near-Infrared (NIR) spectrum in a hand-held device. The NIR
spectra is generated by the use of near infrared LEDs. The Simulating of circuits of the system is
done with the help of the “Proteus Professional ISIS Software”.PCB of the electronic circuit is
done with the help of” Orcad Software”.
[2] Wireless Remote Monitoring, Controlling and Storing Real-Time Data
Using ARM CORTEX M0
About the Project: Basically we capture data from sensor. Any sensor with in build signal
conditioning interface to ADC. These sensors output are monitored, stored and controlled from a
remote base station wirelessly using ZIGBEE as a wireless protocol.
[3]Gesture based mouse interaction using computer vision
About the Project: User can control his computer mouse with hand gestures detected by computer
camera using computer vision. OpenCV is the library used for image processing which is used
mainly here.
Achievements;
 Successfully completed master thesis project in Agrionics Division of Central Scientific
Instruments Organisation CSIR, Chandigarh
 ECE GATE 2013 Qualified with score of 345.
 Successfully completed workshop on “ EMBEDDED C PROGRAMMING” conducted
by TIFAC-CORE at VIT University,Vellore.
 Paper presented in Science Engineering and Technology 7th international
conference,Vellore,Tamilnadu
