country. The passage of Affordable Care Act has led to several
changes in healthcare where the providers and payers are

service. This trend has had diverse effects on the physicians,
allied health professionals, and the entire healthcare industry.
The trend has also lead to the rise of Accountable care
organizations and medical homes, which are part of the
alternate payment models. Healthcare managers should identify
the best payment models that will bring the best revenue to the
institution.

professional have divided opinions on the enhanced use of
accountable care organizations and medical homes. A large
percentage of the interviewed physicians were not happy with
the current medical payments. This means that most of the
professional are not satisfied with the current payment models.

by identifying more expected trends in innovation. There are
several changes taking place in the healthcare industry, and
health services managers require to know how to implement
them. A manager cannot ignore the discovery in technology
because they have a significant effect on the operations and
services of the health institutions.

aimed at improving the services, increase life expectancy and
increase efficiency. The article provides a platform for
researchers to address several issues concerning innovation.
Understanding this conceptual framework can assist the
managers to evaluate, adopt, and procure services that
encourage valuable healthcare innovations.
