Company Purpose
“To develop quality of skills among the students in
the present scenario up to industry’s expectation
all Over Andhra Pradesh”
3. 3
Problem
• Skill Gap:
-The gap between the expected skill-level and actual skill-level.
-There is only 15-20% skilful youth in the society.
• Attitude Gap:
-The gap between the expected attitude level and the actual
attitude level.
• Un-Employability
• No connection between educational institutes and industry.
• There is no particular exposure for students about industry.
• Students do not have a knowledge about industry’s work i.e.
internship
4. 4
Solution
• We have to add *CRT/CGT (basic) in the study curriculum
From senior secondary schooling. i.e;8,9,ssc.
• The *CRT/CGT must be as a part of curriculum for the under
graduate(UG) courses i.e. B. Tech, B. Com, B. Sc.
• The COLLEGES which are not accredited/approved by NAAC /
NBA / AICTE should be removed.
• All the regulations and the functionalities of the NAC / NBA
/AICTE should be clear in implementation.
• For every college there should be skill development trainers
and placement officer.
*CRT-Campus Recruitment training
*CGT-Career Guidance & Training
5. 5
Solution (Cont..)
There are two types of solutions:
1.Persuasion:
Def: Process aimed at changing a person's (or a group's) attitude or
behaviour toward some event, or idea, by using written or spoken words
to convey information, feelings, or reasoning, or a combination of them.
• Till now we are convincing the students to know about the environment
of the industry but it will not work in the present scenario.
2.Negotiation:
Def: The action or process of transferring legal ownership of a document.
• Now we have to implement the marks strategy for this CRT/CGT with
pass percentage approx. (40%)
6. 6
Why Now?
History Evolution:
• Before 20 years the employability and outcome of the students are
in same ratio.
Present Scenario:
• As 60% of the society is full of youth,
Its High time to introduce my idea because as our state is a sun-
rising state.
• As per the CII partnership summit we have 10.5Lcrores
investments and 22L employability.
• There is a drastic increase of Colleges and seats, so there is a
decrease in employment (because of un-employability).
7. 7
Market Size
• Only 20% engineering graduates are employable
remaining 80% are unemployable.
• There are so many UG,PG
and employees have no
sufficient skills.
• 90% Non-Engineering
graduates are also under unemployable.
• There should not be a unemployable in future
generation
8. 8
Competition
• There is no competition but there would be opposition to
the idea .
Private Management:
• Education institutions are functioning as a business
Houser rather than skill development centres.
Conviction of Government:
• Implementation is not proper as per the regulations and
functionalities of NACC/ NBA/ AICTE.
9. 9
Competition (Cont..)
Competitive Advantages:
• Some of the institutions like face ,seventh sense are
commercial in this competition.
• Here we associate with the skill development corporation
and train the faculty related to Mathematics and English.
• As we associate with government we can easily access the
strategies of student needs by Questioner’s.
• We can gradually increase the employability by vision 2020
• The investment is less and we can see the more result.
• We can increase the state income and economic growth
rate.
10. 10
Product
• Stream specific modules will be developed and imparted
with in the college for those pursing the UG and PG course.
• For passed out students the modules will be at skill
development centres.
• Already employed people get the modules at their
organisations.
