4.Address him by his name.
5.If he/she speaks loudly-
lower your voice.

wont know how to handle it and
eventually will respect you.
7. Ask for their opinion.
8. Concentrate on points of agreement.
9. Take five-If he is too Rude. Tell him
you wont accept his rude character if he
wants to be served.
10.Keep reminding yourself that he is not
angry at you personally.
