familiar, family is familiar with staff, less work to
figure out specific details of the cleaning
• CONS: repetitively cleaning the same houses:
never any fresh eyes on a place for a fresh
perspective
• Our students hold similar availability through each
semester making it likely that you will get a repeat
of 1 of your maids. It’s our goal to do a
combination of repeat maids & fresh eyes

8. CommunicationCommunication
• we mostly text, but can always schedule a call for you and Katie
• your reminder texts will include your maids and in that text thread, you
can mention any extra information regarding your cleaning
• these texts are key because you can communicate so easily with your
maids and be as involved in your cleanings as you would like
• we will text you when OTW & when we are wrapping up
• we try not to text the maids after 6:00pm & before 9:00am - you can
always text the office line or if you have to cancel you can text the
group after preferred hours

• we DO help you find a good exterior hiding place
in a hide away rock or a master lock box key
holder or a good spot

12. • 1. Vacuum Cleaner
• We will help you keep these maintained & care for them as they are our own. If you don’t have a vacuum call Dougs Vacuum Center for a
recommendation.
• 2. Wood Floor Sprays & Cleaners
• Tallahassee has so many diverse wood floor types that keeping a “one size fits all” product has proven difficult. We will have a general
purpose floor cleaner on hand for use, but during your estimate we can recommend a wood floor spray or the best process for your floors. If
you already have a preferred process we can talk it over.
• 3. Toilet Bowl Scrub Brushes
• Some homes have 1 in each bathroom & some have one in an accessible area or bathroom, remember carrying the brushes from room to
room does increase changes of the spread of dangerous germs. We help keep these maintained by allowing them to dry after use&
sanitizing them. Lastly, if you use the clorox throw away scrub brushes we still recommend have a traditional brush. The ones from target
are small, fit nicely in a corner, and are sturdy for a deep scrub.
• 4.Stainless Steel, Granite & Wood Polishes
• The temperature changes from our car to your home then to a surface & the variations of woods & stones have again proven difficult to
have a one size fits all product. We love using these products for you & will do so if provided. We do have a general purpose for each
surface.
• 5. Other things
• Step Stools, a particular product that might work specifically for your glass shower doors, wet mop if you deem wet mopping as your
preferred choice of mopping

• we ask for a 3 visit agreement
• we feel that you would benefit most from the full
experience of a 3 visit minimum & we schedule all
3 visits upfront
• 1st cleaning is a deep cleaning
• 2nd cleaning is a follow up of the first cleaning
• 3rd cleaning is a first routine cleaning -
• 4th cleaning is the true example of what to expect
moving forward & you should be all settle into a
time slot & day on the calendar!
• please give 24 hours notice if canceling any
appointment
• we ask for a 1 hr grace period for all scheduled
cleanings (up to 1 hour early & late)
