- Started fencing in third grade.
- I fence left-handed.
- Trained for fencing at the New York Athletic Club in third grade.
- Participated in first fencing competition in sixth grade.
- Competed in local competitions throughout sixth grade.
- Toward the end of sixth grade, I placed in regional competitions and received a
national ranking.
- I began competing in North American Cups and other national competitions in
seventh grade.
- In ninth grade, I placed first at a regional competition.
- Earned a B2013 rating
- Competed in my first team event representing the NYAC at the JULY NAC in 2013
placing 8th
