1. Protagonist
Initially he is the most
active and talkative out
of the group. He is well
dressed and tidy. After
the aliens take over his
clothes get more scrappy
and less well kept. He
becomes more and
more paranoid as the
story progresses. The
story is shown mainly
from his point of view.
His main colour is white
which gets greyer and
messier over time.
2. Best Friend
The most laid back of the group.
He alongside the protagonist is
the only two characters known
not to be aliens for the majority of
the film. They are dismissive of
the protagonists claims but get
more and more worried as the
evidence starts to add up. He
wants to just get on with life but
has to intervene when all options
are used. He tries to stop the
protagonists but helps after seeing
how its effecting his friend. His
main colour is blue but turns to
black after the aliens replace him.
3. Quiet Kid
Before the aliens take over they only
communicate with short replies and
nods. After they become a lot more
active in conversation, further fueling
the protagonists suspicions. Their main
colour is grey before turning to black.
4. Main Alien
Before the aliens take over he is very
similar to the best friend but more actively
adventurous and instinctive. He makes the
decision to investigate the light and starts
the events of the story off properly. His
main colour is purple before turning to
black.
