OBJECTIVE
My goal is to be challenged and learn new applications. I want to work with a motivated and
enthusiastic team, alongside other teams, to overcome roadblocks and deliver a product on-
time that meets the customer’s wants and needs.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE SUMMARY
I have most recently worked on an employer benefits management solution, as well as new
health insurance marketplace solution for Canada’s largest human resourcing and consulting
outsourcer looking to gain traction in the US market. I have years of experience in Agile
software development, Scrum, and the traditional Software Development Life Cycle [from
Requirements documentation to development collaboration to test execution and defect
resolution]. I have successfully created and maintained quality assurance test planning, defect
management, and business requirements documentation for frequently moving baselines,
planned and executed many variations of White box and Black box testing, led teams of 3 to
50+ on and off shore executing the testing phase for implementations ranging in volume from
3 months to 5+ years. For the past 8 years the duties I have performed were tracked and
reported (by me) directly to as high as VP level for clarity into some of the most important
development efforts at those times.
