4. Description: DotStaff is a web-based Vendor Management System (VMS) application used for
the acquisition and management of contingent labor and outsourced projects, and enables
improved operational efficiencies, reduces spend, ensures program compliance and drives
measurable improvement across the enterprise.
This Vendor Management application optimizes the processes associated with the procurement
and management of contract labor including:
1. Contingent labor and talent acquisition, including IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Creative
and Light Industrial contractors.
2. Wed-based entry of time sheets and automated approval workflows.
3. Automated invoicing, including consolidated invoices.
4. Spend and performance reporting through standard and ad hoc reporting.

1. Financial Project: It covers the complete flow of payment from client receiving to vendor
payment. It starts from submitting timesheets for resource and end with received
payment by vendor according to their client vendor settings. There are 6 levels in the
system for settings the vendor payment terms, Fees, Percentage etc. It contains many
small modules like Client Receivables, Vendor Payables, Vendor Payment Settings,
Invoices and Invoices Placed.
2. Track One System: This is candidate screening system, when client create a new
contract a mail fires for candidate background screening from track one system to
vendors and hiring manager.
3. Hours Burn Down: This is the part of the project those running on hours based. It tracks
all approved hours, worked hours, remaining hours, average work hours in a week or in a
month etc.
4. User Defined Fields: This gives freedom to users to create fields according to their need
and they can use these fields for postings and project areas. UDF’s also used in manage
views and emailing.
