The teacher will ask the students a TV personality
or any person they know who they like best when
giving a speech. Then she will ask them the
reason(s) why they like him/her. Take down
students’ answers. Process them to connect to the
next activity.

2014 - Full Speech - YouTube and have them watch
the video clip of Dananjaya Hettiarachchi’s
Speech.
She also reminds them to pay close attention to
the details of the video and if possible, take down
notes.

Group 2. Perform a persuasive speech through a TV

speech delivery using an informative speech.
