1. BBFC Rating Analysis
The BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) rates films depending on their
content to decide what age that movie is suitable for.
Our film contains suggested drug usage, strong language, violence and imitable
behavior. We've decided that the most suitable rating for our film would be
a 15+ based on the following criteria:

• Suitable for everyone
• Contains no content unsuitable for
children
• Very mild language (e.g. damn) and No
behavior that children may copy
• Very mild sexual behavior (e.g. kissing and
hugging)
• Very mild violence, this is usually
overcome and reassured by a positive
outcome

• Parental Guidance
• Contains content unsuitable for
younger children
• Parents should review the video
before showing younger children
• Mild violence or threat
• Some dangerous or anti social
behavior may be shown
• Some references to drugs usually
not portrayed as a negative factor
• Mild sexual behavior or references

• The content included is suitable for people
ages 12+
• Higher rating
• Strong language
• Sex, nudity and sexual behavior may be
allowed
• Some dangerous or antisocial behavior
may be shown
• Drugs may be used should not be
glamourized or shown how to use on
television

• Unsuitable for under 15s
• Includes strong language
• Sexual behavior and untidy is allowed
• Dangerous behavior may be shown
• Drugs can be shown

6. 18
• Only be seen by adults
• Any language, no limits
• As much violence, no limitations
• Extreme dangerous behavior is not allowed
• Drugs may be shown
