Job Summary
The Integrated Business program helps student meet the challenges of the new business
marketplace. Students will be learning and implementing soft skills that are taught in the IB
program. IB students will graduate with both a broad understanding of business and strong
financial, analytic and communication skills.
Task & responsibilities
 Work effectively as a member of a team in all classes
 Show leadership
 Make valuable professional oral presentation
 Demonstrate academic integrity and honesty in all classes
 Attend and participate in classes
 Take 8 required courses and 1 elective
Knowledge & Skills Requirement
 Complete general studies
 Complete business prerequisites with a C or better
 Identify, evaluate, and recommend modern technological solutions for contemporary
business problems
 Analyze and evaluate the selling approaches for small and medium size companies
Working Conditions
Working conditions is going to require hard work for an Integrated Business student. Students
will need to spend at least 2 hrs of studying in each class. Students will need to adjust being
taught using a flipped-classroom approach. Students will be tested of their understanding of the
structure and challenges facing small- and medium-sized companies.
