Live Life Now is an innovative emotional wellbeing in the
workplace programme. Delivered over 8 weeks, this 12
hour programme, draws on cutting edge research from
the fields of behavioural, cognitive and social psychology,
neuroscience, psychotherapy, mindfulness and positive
psychology. The programme is unique in its material content
and experiential style. Participants are supported, over the
two months, to integrate the skills and teachings into their
lives.
