Games From The Eras
      1950 - 1990
1950s

● In the 50s they played games in the street that costed little or
no money like football and cricket in the street, this was
because of the war a few years previous so families had to
compensate for this by spending on the necessities like food
and water, and not spending as much on expensive games.
1960s

● In the 60s some of the games and puzzles we see today
were either invented or started being popular in the time. The
first board games to do with war started coming out then
aswell because of the war that was being fought. Some
games were associated with some cool movies of the time
    aswell.
1970s

● The 70s came with a boom of electronic games and the basic
consoles came out then. Basic games like pong, and space-
involved games like lunar lander and asteroids, and other
games like breakout, hunt the wumpus, tailgunner and maths
    games like Mastermind
1980s

  ● In the 80s electronic games got extremely popular as well as
family orientated games like twister, and baby games with
plastic like marble games, car games, and playground climb-
on games were popular with little children at the time.
1990s

● In the 90s computer games were bigger than they were ever
before. There were modern games like Counter Strike and
Quake. These influenced more modern games like the ones we
see today. These games were made popular because we now
had the technology to run these games. So we were utilising
     this.
Questions

● Q. What is the best selling game of all time?
● A. The best selling game of all time (as of 2004) is World Of Warcraft.

● Q. What is the best game of all time (not selling)
● A. Pacman.

● Q. What changed games from innocent pacman to the games we see today?

● A. I think gaming will turn more into real life and it will get extremely real.

● Q. When did the transition to electronic style games occur?
● A. The most obvious answer of this was when people were poorer, and affected by war.

● Q. Where did people go to have fun?
● A. People went outside to have fun, mostly on the street to play sports.
