INTERDISCIPLINARY
PERFORMANCE TASK
GRADE 9 SET A FIRST QUARTER
GOAL
Make a brochure depicting the
ancient civilization, culture, art,
and mathematical system of
Southeast Asia.
ROLE
Leader
 He or she assigns role/s to his or her
group members. Each member may
have 1-2 roles to be assigned.Then,
sends or posts the list of the
assigned members to the Group
Page.
 He or she initiates and creates a
group chat (GC) and relays
announcements from the teachers
to his/her members.
 He or she must always
collaboratively check and
monitor each member’s
progress, especially the work of
the editor.
 If the editor already sent the final
product, he or she checks and
corrects it for the final product
and read the guidelines on fb
page
(https://www.facebook.com/grou
ps/787642282387183/).
ROLE
Researcher’s
He or she searches/ browse pictures related to the
theme from the internet as long as it is valid and
reliable.The pictures downloaded must show
relevance to the theme of brochure.
He or she collaborates with the writer/s for
gathering the data needed for the brochure. Send
this to the group leader for correction.
ROLE
Writer/s
His or her assigned task is to compose a description based
on the pictures research and downloaded.Observe the
proper conventions, sentence fluency, and organization of
ideas.The description will serve as the caption of the
brochure that will be posted on Facebook page.
After which, he or she will send it to the group leader for
correction. If the description is checked and corrected,
send it to the editor for compilation.
ROLE
Editor/s
 He or she will concoct all the files and information gathered from
his or her group mates.
 The following are needed to incorporate in making a brochure:
 The brochure must interpret and emphasize the theme,
“Discovering the Cultures, Arts, andTourism of Southeast Asia”.
 The brochure must be put in a short-sized bond paper.
 Then, he or she converts the file to JPEG format (as a picture) and
sends it to the group leader for correction.
ROLE
Presenter
He or she must have a copy of the final product of
brochure from the writer/s and editor/s.
The final product will be presented in each
subject; Batch 1 October 4, and Batch 2 will
present on October 6, 2022.
AUDIENCE
Grade 9 teachers and students
SITUATION
The ARALFILMM Socio-Cultural Insider Channel
will hold its first Brochure Making Competition on
October 6, 2022, with the theme “Discovering the
Cultures, Arts andTourism of Southeast Asia”.This is
open to all grade 9 students of KCC-HSD.The
brochure must interpret and emphasize the ancient
civilizations, cultures, arts, and mathematical system
of Southeast Asia countries.

art, and mathematical system of
SoutheastAsia.
STANDARD
Your presentation will be evaluated
according to its productivity, organization,
information and realism.

Each member may have 1-2 roles to be assigned.Then, sends or posts the list of the assigned members to the Group Page.  He or she initiates and creates a group chat (GC) and relays announcements from the teachers to his/her members.  He or she must always collaboratively check and monitor each member’s progress, especially the work of the editor.  If the editor already sent the final product, he or she checks and corrects it for the final product and read the guidelines on fb page (https://www.facebook.com/grou ps/787642282387183/).

ROLE Researcher’s He or she searches/ browse pictures related to the theme from the internet as long as it is valid and reliable.The pictures downloaded must show relevance to the theme of brochure. He or she collaborates with the writer/s for gathering the data needed for the brochure. Send this to the group leader for correction.

ROLE Writer/s His or her assigned task is to compose a description based on the pictures research and downloaded.Observe the proper conventions, sentence fluency, and organization of ideas.The description will serve as the caption of the brochure that will be posted on Facebook page. After which, he or she will send it to the group leader for correction. If the description is checked and corrected, send it to the editor for compilation.

ROLE Editor/s  He or she will concoct all the files and information gathered from his or her group mates.  The following are needed to incorporate in making a brochure:  The brochure must interpret and emphasize the theme, “Discovering the Cultures, Arts, andTourism of Southeast Asia”.  The brochure must be put in a short-sized bond paper.  Then, he or she converts the file to JPEG format (as a picture) and sends it to the group leader for correction.
  • 7. ROLE Presenter He or she must have a copy of the final product of brochure from the writer/s and editor/s. The final product will be presented in each subject; Batch 1 October 4, and Batch 2 will present on October 6, 2022.

SITUATION The ARALFILMM Socio-Cultural Insider Channel will hold its first Brochure Making Competition on October 6, 2022, with the theme “Discovering the Cultures, Arts andTourism of Southeast Asia”.This is open to all grade 9 students of KCC-HSD.The brochure must interpret and emphasize the ancient civilizations, cultures, arts, and mathematical system of Southeast Asia countries.
