After being their teacher for about 3 months, I gave my students the opportunity to grade the
grader and give me constructive feedback about the quality of my pedagogy. Here are some of
their responses:
1. What do you like best about this course?
 Interactive work / fun activities
 The interesting topics we discuss
 How involved the whole class is as a group
 I like that we interact and communicate as a class
 We learn new things but also new ways to express our ideas
 We actually have fun while learning
2. What would you like to change about the course?
 More discussions / debates
 Less writing
 Not as much vocabulary
 Have Mr. P stay forever
3. What are the instructor’s strengths?
 He is passionate about teaching and improving our lives
 Friendly, approachable, easy to talk to
 Nice and accepting teacher
 He makes it appealing to me
 He is a good speaker
 He connects and communicates well with the class
 Mr. P gets along well with everyone and is always positive
 Funny, good public speaker, interactive
 He makes learning enjoyable and gets his points across
 Keeps the class engaged and has fun with us. Beard is also dope
 Maintains a positive work / learning environment
4. What suggestions do you have to improve the instructor’s teaching?
 Keep doing what you’re doing!
 Go more in depth with the difficult topics
