I have known Romina for two years; she worked for me as my right hand person/manager. Throughout this time not only did she show leadership skills and positive outlook on learning new things, she did this while maintaining the policies and procedures in place at all times. Based on her work, I would rank her as one of the best restaurant managers we have ever had. During this time she completed 1,300 + hours in our restaurant, some of her duties included cutting, prepping, thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing, placing orders, and handling customers.
