 Responsible for all Administrative tasks including WebSphere Application Server domain
configuration which includes components like Websphere Application server,IHS web server.
 Ensure every ticket is being walked from inception to satisfactory completion in the shortest
possible time, with the best quality of response.
 Continue to follow up on all alert tickets, warnings needs to be updated frequently and critical
needs updates at least every 15 minutes.
 Continue to look for client requests and ensure they are getting technically rich responses.
