Food and Beverage Director – Country Inn & Suites BY CARLSON, Gurgaon from August
2014 to October 2015. As a part of the pre-opening team of the hotel,Handled Food and
Beverage departmental planning, successfully opened the hotel along with the team. Primarily
handled food, beverage and a huge banqueting operations .
Worked as F&B-Operations Head with Kingdom Of Dreams Gurgaon from March 2011 to
April 2014 as a part of successful pre-opening team. Lead a team of 150 staff and handled
one of the biggest Food and Beverage Operations consisting of 6 restaurants, 7 Bars and a
Banqueting Facility of 4000 people.
Worked as GM Operations with The Elevate Entertainment pvt.ltd, Noida, one of the best
nightclub of the world ranked 35th
by Dj Mag and “Taste of India”, a chain of fast food
restaurants , heading a team of 125 people from March 2007 to February 2011.
