Working efficiently and being a dedicated person as HR Officer for
Training Services Team at Chevron in Indonesia (under Oil & Gas and
Geothermal Divisions) from November 2007 until 31 March 2016, I
have a lot of successful experiences and best practices in
administration, HR team work, training arrangement, and employee
services. My achievements were recognized by the Company for
which I received some awards. I always enjoy any assignment, sharing
knowledge and skills, as well as enjoy learning new things to improve
my work and Company performance.
1. Becoming one of Project Team Members for Employee
Outplacement Assistance Program in Chevron Indonesia in 1st
Quarter of 2016 which project was successfully delivered in Java,
Sumatra and Kalimantan operations areas within time frame.
2. Becoming person in charge for the 2013 CAPEP (Chevron Asia
Pacific Exploration and Production) Advanced HR Boot Camp
attended by 28 participants from Chevron Asia Pacific. I received
appreciation award nominated by GM HR Asia Pacific Exploration
and Production-Chevron.
3. Becoming one of Project Team Members in developing Leadership
Competency Assessment Tool (LCAT) for Chevron Geothermal
Power & Operations Leaders in 2012 and being part of LCAT
socialization program. LCAT has been successfully in
production/go-live since 2013.
4. Becoming one of Project Team Members in developing and
modifying Operations &Maintenance Competency Management
System in 2010 and 2012 in Chevron Geothermal Power &
Operations-Indonesia. I received a Teladan Award nominated by
Manager HR of Chevron Geothermal Power & Operations-
Indonesia.
5. Becoming one of Project Team Members for 2008, 2009 and 2010
Training Information Management System (TRIMS) in Chevron. I
received a Terima Kasih Award presented by VP Human
Resources-Chevron.

6. Providing administration support and coordination for Chevron
Geothermal Power & Operations Salak Operations & Maintenance
Portfolio Certification with HAKIT (Himpunan Ahli Pembangkit
Tenaga Listrik) Indonesia in 2008. All participants with total of 99
competencies, passed the assessment and were certified by
Direktorat Jenderal Listrik dan Pemanfaatan Energi. This was the
first certification through portfolio model.
7. Representing Chevron Geothermal Power & Operations-Indonesia
OE-HES and HR Training in facilitating as well as participating in
the 'Pengawas Operasional Pertama' (a certified safety training by
Direktorat Jenderal Mineral, Batubara, dan Panas Bumi for
Chevron Geothermal Power & Operations-Indonesia Operational
Field Officer) in April 2007. All 21 participants passed the test
and certified including myself.
8. Becoming one of Project Team Members for Chevron IndoAsia
Visitor and Employee Tracking (IVET) in 2009. I received a
Teladan Award nominated by GM Security-Chevron.
9. Being the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of Chevron Personnel
Tracking and Emergency Preparedness (PTEP) System from 2005
until 2008, covering Chevron Jakarta, Salak and Balikpapan, to
review, maintain and validate the access to the System. I received
a Teladan Award nominated by Manager OE-HES (Operational
Excellence-Health Environment & Safety)-Chevron.
10.Becoming one of Project Team Members for Personnel Tracking
and Emergency Preparedness (PTEP) System, staring from
development up to deployment/production in 2003-2005. The
system has been successfully applied in Chevron Jakarta, Salak,
and Balikpapan.
