PT Saptaindra Sejati (Group of Adaro Energy), Coal Mining Contractor, Operation Research Engineer 2014-2015
• Concept maker and implementation leader of mud re-handling productivity improvement
project at PT Adaro Indonesia Coal Mine Area. This project was The Best QCP (Quality Circle
Project) for internal company convention. (Reducing operational cost = US$1M per month).
• Co-leader and researcher of Drilling and Blasting QCP Team. To improve quality of blasted
material and reduce re-blast activity and to define Standard Operational and Procedure for blasting
activity. Also as an implementation leader of 16 drilling operators and 7 field supervisors.
• Part of 4-person team to define coal hauling process to increase productivity of coal hauling truck
and reduce loss time of delay activity. Implemented to 150 hauling trucks with 2 shifts everyday.

• Implementation leader of excavator availability project at PT Adaro Indonesia Coal Mining Area
• Creator and implementation team leader of manual dispatch program (increasing revenue =

of operator-incentive-based-on-productivity project.
