Terms and Conditions
1. This work release is valid for a period of 30 days from the date submitted to the client.
2. Unless otherwise stated in this Service Request Response, all prices are stated exclusive
of any taxes that may be applicable to the proposed services.
3. Hardware, software, support and maintenance costs are not included unless stated
otherwise within this document.
4. Client will provide HP with appropriate lead-time prior to implementation.
5. Should any phase of implementation (or client testing) lead to serious or unusual problem
resolution requiring extensive problem analysis and management, the client will be notified
and requested to approve any additional effort required.
6. Additional efforts arising due to late delivery of hardware, shortened timelines or re-
provide solution of the proposed work release are to be notified to the client and requested
to provide approval to any additional requirements/costs.
7. Material estimates included in the work release will be finalized at the time of purchase.
8. All current SLA conditions apply unless stated otherwise within this document.
9. HP is not responsible for any activities not performed by HP.
10. Travel and living expenses are not included. All travel and living expenses (hotel, airfare,
meals, etc.) incurred by HP while traveling to client’s site will be billed separately as
incurred.
11. Please note that the fees for the services as set out in this work release are an estimate only.
It is expected that the actual fees to be paid by WHIRLPOOL for the proposed services will
be confirmed during due diligence. Also, it is assumed that if during due diligence these
assumptions are found to be incorrect or misstated, or other requirements have been
identified the parties will negotiate equitable changes to the scope and/or fees as
appropriate.

Summary
This document forms the change order request response to Whirlpool Global Network Support. Whirlpool requires
Network Support for all North & South of America, Europe, and Asia.
Level 1 Desktop Support, Security administration and lesson learned database capabilities are part of scope.
Objective
1) Provide level 1 Desktop Support
2) Manage security related call; Security Administration.
3) Establish Lesson/Learned database process to enhance quality of support and reduce the number of
common incidents.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities
HP
Pre-Implementation Activities
1. Update the Checkpoint License and Setting on new HP Servers
2. Implement new HP DL380 Servers
3. Implement the Cisco Intrusion System
Post-Implementation Activities
4. Connection between our Check Point Provider-1 and firewalls.
5. Connection from HP support network (NAI) to firewall modules, IPS and console
(Wintel box).
6. Export policy files and other relative directories.
7. Verify and upgrade license for firewall.
8. Create new CMA for WHIRLPOOL on our Provider-1 server.
9. Import WHIRLPOOL objects and policy to HP Provider-1 server.
10. Adjust policy. Verify VPN setting.
11. Prepare Check Point info etc.
12. Design IP and VIP for new firewall cluster.
13. Install NGX on two HP DL380 boxes.
14. Configure correct Interface and routing on HP DL380. (Add routing pointing to HP
Provider-1)
15. Configure Check Point Product and apply license on HP DL380.
16. Disconnect Nokia IP380. Connect two HP DL380 boxes.
17. Create SIC. Install policy from HP Provider-1 to firewall cluster.
18. Test firewall failover.
19. Test, verify application.
20. Back out if failure and troubleshooting. (Disconnect new firewalls, connect back
Nokia IP380.)
(Below is for IPS)
21. Install IPS with last package and signature.
22. Connect to monitoring segment.
23. Configure IPS
24. Install Cisco VMS on Wintel box.
25. Verify IPS log and test reporting.
26. Contact monitor team for interface monitoring for firewalls and IPS.
27. Help on change process in daily support.

Inbound client VPN infrastructure
3PY inbound access via SSL VPN + private Citrix services
In Scope
HP implements 2 HP DL380G5 Servers along Checkpoint Firewall and CISCO Intrusion.
HP will be responsible for all hardware and software configurations of new Firewall and Intrusion
servers expect any CISCO and Checkpoint defect and applications bugs.

HP will provide 24/7 IT Support on HP Server hardware, Checkpoint Firewall and CISCO
intrusion. Incident management will be handling by Email Notification process to capture any
failover on any of supported components, Firewall, Intrusion and HP servers.

configuration will be available to HP IT team.
There is no issue for the current WHIRLPOOL Firewall
The Firewall support will be supported by HP 24/7
CISCO Intrusion hardware will be supported by CISCO.
