1. My Job Summary
Worked with Citibank Global Command Center Singapore for more than 15 years. My current
Position is Vice President of Global User Testing and Integration Head managing teams of
persons supporting out of in Singapore and in Philippines. My duties include managing of
Command Center Project Implementation which amongst other things taking care of Production
Acceptance Testing (PAT), production rollout as well as handling of post implementation
activities of various platforms. I work closely with all streams including Project Managers,
Technical teams and Applications supports to ensure smooth project cutover. I also involved in
recruitment of technical staff for teams in Asia Pacific especially in the area of Computer
Operations for Citibank.
Accomplishments:
Actively involved in all major projects particularly in Central Europe and Middle East countries
and Asia Pacific to Rainbow platform and Go-To-Common (G2C) platform respectively.
Received a SPOT Award of $3000 from Head of Global Command Center from New York head
office for my excellent support of those major projects.
Financials:
Worked closely with Workflow team to migrate the old requests systems which were very rigid to
a Self Service Request which is a recognized global tool for CTI globally. Once implemented,
the old systems were sunset which translated to some savings for Citibank.
Involved in financial planning to right shore and transfer some of the headcounts from high cost
center (Singapore) to low cost center in Philippines in 2012 which translated to savings of more
than 50% Citibank Command Center Operations.
Leadership, Talent, and Culture:
Managed a highly skilled team of Cutover Specialists dealing with cutover activities in all
platforms. Provided training to the team to learn and pick up new skills in order to provide end to
end services to customers. Closely monitored the team’s performance and instilled the vigilant
culture to the team in order to provide better services to our customers. I have attended CITI
Leadership training to improve my leadership skills during my tenure with Citibank.
Risk management and controls:
Established End to End process as a guide to minimize risk to error which may affect online
services. Worked closely with Global Consumer Technology (GCT) folks to ensure that all
Standards and procedures are being followed strictly before moving to next stage of testing and
implementation. As a result of tight control in all environments, major project cutover was done
without any downtime online availability has achieved 100%.
